Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee with full access to all features in that tier. Our onboarding team will help you set up and import your data so you can evaluate DentFlow with real workflows. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full.

What is your refund policy?

Every plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If DentFlow isn't the right fit within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately and billing is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves up to 17% compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team to discuss annual pricing options tailored to your practice.

Is data migration included?

Yes. Free data migration is included with every plan. We support migration from Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Dentalore, and most other dental software. Enterprise plans include white-glove migration with a dedicated specialist.

Do you provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?

Yes. DentFlow is HIPAA compliant and we provide BAAs for all customers. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified with end-to-end encryption, audit logging, and role-based access controls.
